Bruno Barbey's images are striking!
le défilement des images est vraiment trop rapide, dommage
AP was talking about yushu not sichuan.
It's just a show.
A.P. do you have a link to support your claim. Here is one: "China's Ministry of Finance said Monday it will spend CNY20 billion ($2.93 billion) in 2010 on reconstruction in areas affected by the Sichuan earthquake. The spending is in addition to the CNY130 billion ($19.0 billion) spent on reconstruction efforts in 2009."
If what A.P. says below is true then I would have to agree, and this would force me not to attend the EXPO.
The Chinese Government prefer to spend 400 billion RMB on a SHOW rather than spend 1 billion on the refugees in the YuShu earthquake region. As a Chinese, i feel deeply sorry for that.
