Haiti faced a tough time during last earthquake, it was a great disaster. I think we need to develop certain plans in this regard to face this kind of situations. Thanks c++ unit test

It's a pitty that we need an earthquake to pay attention to the poorest.
And, with all the money the great countries posses, they could save Haiti in a month. But it is not their priority, is it?
